Nathan Ogilvie

Nathan brings with him a wealth of building knowledge obtained over 20 years of working in the industry. Nathan has worked on and delivered several projects from residential to high rise offices and has worked in CBD and remote locations throughout Western Australia. Nathan has worked on mining and government projects and has obtained a vast amount of experience in regard to contract management from this area.

Nathan has been involved in projects which have been both finalists and overall winners of MBA awards, a testament to his keen eye for detail and quality in all that he is involved with.

Rob Lyons

DIRECTOR

Rob has over 30 years-experience in manufacturing, production, construction and administration and is a qualified cabinet maker. Rob was production manager for a large furniture manufacturer for eight years before starting up his own business in 1991 in carpentry and cabinet making.

This enterprise entailed Rob being involved and responsible in all facets of the business for sales, quoting, manufacturing, production and administration. The business initially concentrated on work in the private sector and as the operation grew, expanded into larger commercial and high-rise projects for builders and developers.

In 2011 Rob restructured the operations of the business into a supplier and manufacturer of prefabricated modular building units and products.

Paul Ogilvie

General Manager

Paul is a qualified electrician who used this trade as a stepping-stone to the construction and property development industries.

Paul has over 35 years’ experience in construction and the property development arena, ranging from residential and rural land subdivisions to high-rise apartment and commercial developments. Paul is involved in the complete property development process from site identification, project feasibility, planning approvals, sales, construction method and delivery of the final product. Paul was a past councilor for the Rockingham City Council and is a Life Member of the Rockingham Chamber of Commerce.

David Lilwall

Chief Financial Officer

David has over 25 years-experience as a management consultant. David has a Bachelor of Business degree and a post graduate degree in Finance and Investment and specialises in financial management, restructuring, accounting and strategic business analysis. 

David’s strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, coupled with his excellent communication and people skills, gives him the necessary background to communicate and formulate plans for debt and equity fund raising with financiers and investors alike to ensure the growth and success of each property project.
